Websites and systems for small businesses

Do you want a website as professional as the product or the service you sell?

I will build it with you.

Let's talk about your vision and design the system together.

…where we go through all the details. No obligation.

A salon owner at her desk, overwhelmed by admin. Calm help is speaking from the screen.

It usually starts with one of these sentences

  • "Bookings arrive from three different places and nothing matches."
  • "Half my day goes on retyping the same thing into a spreadsheet."
  • "The site looks ten years old and I am embarrassed to hand it out."
  • "I do not know whether my paperwork is in order."

Every one of these can be sorted out. We start with a conversation — you say what is holding you up, and I keep asking.

A website does not have to be only a calling card

It can also be a system that makes your business run better. How far you want to go is your decision.

Level 1

The calling card

What your clients see. It explains what you do within seconds and makes someone want to get in touch. Readable on a phone, quick to load, and easy to correct without asking anyone for help.

Level 2

The system

What happens behind it. Bookings, the appointment schedule, documents and reminders in one place instead of five. The repetitive work is taken over by the site, not by you.

Services

Every service starts with a problem

You don't need to know exactly what you need. It's enough to recognise the sentence that sounds like your situation.

Websites and tools

  • People don't know what I do.

    A website

A shopfront that works for you

A site that explains what you do within seconds and makes someone want to get in touch. Readable on a phone, quick to load, and easy to correct without asking anyone for help.

  • I have a site, but it no longer does its job.

    Refreshing your site

A refresh instead of starting over

I keep what works and fix the rest. Your text, photos and place in search results stay put — the look, the speed and the ease of use change. Usually cheaper than starting again.

  • The spreadsheet stopped being enough.

    A tool built to fit

A program shaped around how you work

A simple program that takes over repetitive work — orders, bookings, records, a schedule of appointments or activities. It does exactly what you need and nothing beyond that, with no complicated system to learn.

  • Clients can't find me, even though I am online.

    So people can find you

In search engines and in AI answers

I organise your site so search engines understand it and assistants like ChatGPT have something to quote. More and more people now ask a chatbot instead of typing into a search box.

Security and documents

  • I keep answering the same questions.

An assistant that knows your documents

Answers questions and shows where the answer came from

A program that knows your price lists, terms and instructions — and answers questions from customers or staff, pointing to the source each time. If it doesn't know, it says so.

    soon
  • I don't know whether my paperwork is in order.

    Peace of mind with paperwork

Documents and consents in one place

Order in what the regulations ask for — consents, terms, customer data. So that an inspection means showing the documents, and saves you the time that goes into searching through folders and mailboxes.

  • I am afraid something will leak or get lost.

    Security without the scare

What is genuinely worth fixing, and what can wait

I check where the weak points are and suggest what to deal with first. I only propose solutions that take account of how your particular business actually works.

The first conversation

I start with your vision

I don't start with a website or a piece of software — I start with your business. These four questions open every project, and the answers matter more than the choice of any technology.

  • What does your business do, and what is it really about?
  • What is your vision — what should change?
  • What do you expect from a site or a tool day to day?
  • What takes up most of your time today?

Don't know the answers? That's fine — we'll get to them together. This is the part of the work that's genuinely worth paying for.

About me

The question comes before the solution

There is one person behind Metamorfozis IT. My name is Michał.

People rarely say outright what they actually need — usually they describe the symptom rather than the cause. So the first conversation is about your business: what is holding you up, what eats the most time, and what should change. What is worth building follows from that.

The second question I always ask is what happens if something goes wrong. The answer decides how the thing gets built — which is why the conversation comes before the colours and the fonts.

How I work

Step by step, no surprises

  1. Conversation

We talk online — video or an ordinary phone call, whichever you prefer. You talk about the business, I ask questions. Free, and with no obligation.

  2. Proposal

You get it in writing: what will be built, what it costs, and when it's ready. Take your time over it.

  3. Design

I show you how the site will look before I start building it. We adjust as many times as it takes.

  4. Build

I build, and show progress every week or more often. You can see what's happening as it happens — no disappearing for a month.

  5. Handover

I show you how to make changes yourself. You get every login and a short set of instructions.

Questions

Questions I hear most often

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?

No. It's the most common situation, and my job is precisely to keep it from becoming your worry. You don't need to know a single technical term — knowing your own business is enough.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope — a calling card on its own costs differently from a system that takes over bookings. You get the price in writing after the first conversation, always before work begins. Never partway through.

Will I be dependent on one person?

No. The site, the logins and the files are yours from day one. I show you how to make changes yourself, and if you ever want to work with someone else you simply hand the materials over. Nothing is locked.

I already have a site but I don't like it. Do we start from scratch?

Not necessarily. First I check what can be saved — the text, the photos, your position in search. Sometimes a rebuild beats starting over, and it is usually cheaper and faster.

Do I have to commit to the system straight away?

No. We can start with the calling card alone and add the rest when you need it. I design so the second level can be built on top, rather than requiring a fresh start.

How long does it take?

A calling card on its own is usually 2–4 weeks. A system runs from a few weeks to a few months. You get a specific date along with the quote, before we start.
